BATOTO YETU, Swahili for "Our Children", is a Harlem based non-profit cultural arts/youth development program. The program uses native African dance, music and storytelling to teach children about their African cultural heritage and stresses the importance of discipline and perserverance in the on going personal, academic and (future) professional development of each child.
