OPRAH MAKEOVERS

Oprah asked me to be part of her yearly Age Defying Makeover and i jumped on the challenge of transforming 2 women. Off i went to Chicago with may makeover team of Jay Manuel my makeup artist and Oscar James, my favorite hairdresser also we took with us Anthony, one of the best colorist from Oribe salon in Manhattan. Barbara Ann, a 54 year old charming woman with hair down to her knees! and Alina, a 45 year old Cuban who her favorite clothing item is sweats! check the transformation on Oprah on may 5th and take a peak at behind the stage.

OUTSTANDING MOTHER AWARDS

I recieved a letter from the National Mother's Day Committe honouring me as an one of their outstanding mother's for 2003! I was beyond flattered to have been chosen with 5 other honorees....Kathleen Turner (actress), Rosanna Scotto (news anchor) Carolyn Murphy (spokersperson for Estee Lauder), Cynthia Nixon (actress Sex in the City) and Darlene Daggett (president of QVC). We all gathered at a luncheon in Manhattan with emotinal and loving speeches given by all.

THE MET GALA....GODDESSES

The Metropolitan Museum of Art was the scene of a pagan ritual on April 28th, 2003. Hosted by Anna Wintour, Nicole Kidman and Tom Ford and packed with celebrities, models and society. It was the party of the year....From Kate Hudson and Stella McCartney, Angie Harmon and Valentino, Eve and P.Diddy, Diana Ross and Ashanti, Victoria Beckham and Dolce and Gabbana.....and of course David and I.
